Which container for which job
A roll-off, a dumpster and a flatbed load solve different problems on a job site, and calling the wrong one out costs a return trip. A roll-off is the can for a construction project or a big one-time pull, sized to the job and dropped where the work is happening. A dumpster covers the smaller, steadier flow of debris off a remodel, a roof or a residential clean-out. A flatbed delivery moves material, decking, panels, bulk loads, that doesn't belong in either kind of can at all.

What comes back gets sorted, not just landfilled
Bosco has described itself, on its own site, as a company that can recycle a variety of materials rather than sending every full container straight to a landfill. On-site material screening is part of that: sorting what's salvageable or recyclable, wood, metal, concrete, from what genuinely has nowhere else to go, before it ever leaves the property. That screening happens as part of the job, not as an extra step tacked on afterward.
It's the same practice that shows up on Bosco's demolition and land-clearing jobs, where the containers that haul off a torn-down structure or cleared timber are handled by the same crew doing the screening, rather than passed off to a separate hauler with no stake in what gets separated out.
