Bosco clears trees, brush and stumps ahead of a build, a pad, or just to open up a yard that has grown over. Some of that work is a crew and equipment. Some of it, on a smaller job, Lou handles himself. One customer, Tammy B, wrote after Bosco pulled the stumps out of her yard: "Lou himself came and took care of that for us. Stumps left in the ground keep growing back, and root systems can undermine a slab or a driveway poured too close to them, so pulling them out, not just cutting the tree at grade, is part of clearing a site properly.

Once trees are down, the timber doesn't sit in a pile on the property. Bosco hauls it out on its own log truck, the same way debris moves off a demolition or excavation job, so cleared land doesn't turn into a stack of logs somebody has to deal with later.
Usable timber and brush get separated and hauled for recycling rather than dumped as one load, a small step that keeps a land-clearing job from generating more waste than it needs to.
Chapter 03
Cleanup and on-site material screening, ground ready to grade
The last stage of a clearing job is the one that makes the lot usable: screening what's left on site, pulling out roots, rock and debris that grading equipment would otherwise hit, and leveling the ground.
That's what turns a cleared lot into a buildable one. Whether the next step is a foundation, a driveway or just grass, Bosco leaves the ground graded and clean instead of clearing the trees and calling the job done.
